Free Membership - BLUE
Paid Membership - SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM
SILVER VAS: is value added service features of your bio data visibility, if you purchase any VAS that will be activate in your profile. Under silver membership there is limited VAS provided.
GOLD VAS: is value added service features of your bio data visibility, Gold is entitled to get some VAS as free/complimentary, if you purchase any VAS that will be activate in your profile.
PLATINUM VAS: is value added service features of your bio data visibility, Platinum is entitled to manu VAS as listed in membership selection page as free/complimentary, if you purchase any VAS additionally that will be activated in your profile.
Blue (Free) members bio data will be listed after paid member bio data. For example in the bio data listing Platinum members bio data will be in first position, after Platinum Gold members bio data will be there, after Gold member silver member bio will be listed and after silver Blue (Free) members bio data will be listed. During search by corporate paid member bio data will get priority in listing and visibility . In case similar skill is not available with paid member Blue (free) members bio data will get priority advantage in the visibility. For example a particular test expert is not available in any of the paid category or may be only five person is there, so sixth person will be blue member.

This is Community Portal and job portal is the part of community portal. For community we have introduced LIS Q and LIS Library. LIS -Q is a feature where community member can post their technical query and Lis consultant will reply the same.
Blue (Free) member can see all query and reply but blue member is not entitled to post any query.
Lis Library is another feature for community where community member can upload and download free documents from Library and can purchase the documents.
But Blue members are not entitled to download any free documents, they can purchase paid documents only.
Silver is a paid membership. Silver members bio data will be listed after Gold members bio data or resume. Silver member listing will be above the free members bio data.
