Lismaker is an online laboratory and an allied job portal. It is a community portal to bring all kind of support from manpower resources to infrastructural resources for the laboratory and allied community. This is an unique venture of IAQM Consultants Pvt Ltd with the partnership and collaboration of International Organization for Laboratories (IOL), an International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) stakeholder organization. While development of the portal, IAQM has got 25 years of experience in serving laboratory and allied community.
A laboratory may have requirement of manpower with a qualification, skillsets, or a certification along with the skillset of handling a equipment, knowledge and special skill on testing of a product as per the specified method. Laboratory may have requirement of a competent person to follow a decision rule and quality control requirement for the test to qualify a product for its conformity in respect to product specification. Laboratory and allied industry may have different requirements and skillsets of manpower expertise. It may be part time, retainer or assignment base, which can be identified while working. It may be training, test method, handling equipment or knowledge transfer. All of these requirements related to expertise has not been captured systematically by any other portal and this is the reason to introduce Lis-Expert - to fullfill the gap of resources in the laboratory and allied community.
The most important benefit of the portal is, professionals are not going to lost in the crowd. They are going to be identified rightly by the user community, who need expert services as per the specification. This unique search is available in Lismaker only. Till now, no other portal is delivering these services.
Basic objective of the portal is to cater services on every need of the community stakeholders. Lismaker not only render services for the job search or hiring expert services but also introduced some essential services for the stakeholder.
Lis-library is basically a structured development space where community stakeholders can upload and download various technical documents for their community. Community stakeholders can sale their valuable documents too.
LIS-Q is basically a technical forum where experts and community stakeholders can interact with LisConsultants with their various technical issues.
Lismart is going to provide stakeholders of all the informations from infrastructural development to maintenance. This includes all necessary information on used equipments, new equipments, quality control materials, reagents, spare parts, consumables, sapling equipments, EQAS providers, PT providers, calibration and maintenance services.
Lis-Audit Log is basically interest for all quality audit professionals who are associated with certification and accreditation standard auditing for laboratories, inspection agencies and in other industries. Audit log can be used by other than community stakeholders too.
